This article elaborates on the current situation of the construction of the Changsha Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Alliance from the perspective of the municipal industry education alliance,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the alliance construction.Taking the intelligent control major as an example,the article provides strategies for industrial enterprises to cultivate"dual education"talents from the aspects of optimizing collaborative innovation mechanisms,jointly building education and training resources,implementing precise talent cultivation,and improving social service capabilities.This provides reference for the construction of the intelligent manufacturing industry education alliance in the city,and the cultivation of"dual education"talents.
