Analysis of Successive Merger and Acquisition Performance of Semiconductor Listed Companies from the Perspective of Balanced Scorecard——Taking W Shares as an Example
In order to study whether the successive M&A behaviours help to promote the development of the semiconductor industry,the successive M&A performance of W shares is analysed from the perspective of the balanced scorecard.We introduce the semiconductor industry and the situation of W,select representative indicators of each dimension of the balanced scorecard to analyse the M&A performance,and finally draw relevant insights from the analysis.Finally,relevant insights are drawn from the analysis in order to provide a reference for enterprises in the same industry planning mergers and acquisitions.
