Simulation and Parameter Influence Analysis of a Certain Type of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve
A certain type of two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve with double-nozzle baffle force feedback was mathematically modelled,its dynamic characteristics were analysed,and the transfer function of the model was deduced,and then its time and frequency domain curves were analysed to verify the stability of the system,and finally the influence of the structural parameters of the servo valve on the dynamic characteristics of the servo valve was obtained by changing the structural parameters of the servo valve on the spool displacement as well as the response time.The results show that changing the torque motor torque coefficient,the distance from the nozzle centre line to the spring slewing centre of the slide valve spool area will have an effect on the dynamic characteristics of the servo valve,which provides a reference for the design and improvement of the servo valve.
