Analysis on the Influence of Cut-Off Distance of Cutting Head on Cutting Performance of Cantilever Type Roadheader
In the process of coal mine cutting by cantilever type roadheader,the influence of cut-off distance on cutting performance is analysed to improve the cutting efficiency of coal mine.Discrete element analysis is used to establish the model of different cut-off distance,and the cut-off resistance,cut-off resistance fluctuation coefficient and cut-off specific energy consumption of the cut-off teeth are analysed,so as to select the optimal cut-off distance parameter and improve the cutting efficiency of coal mine.
