This paper takes the specific initiatives for the integrated development of science and technology and industrial economy in Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,as the research objective,firstly,analyzes and evaluates the status quo of the research related to the integrated development of science and technology and industrial economy,then researches and analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of the integrated development of science and technology and industrial economy in Yuncheng City,and finally puts forward the proposals of perfecting the policy system of science and technology innovation,strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,constructing the scientific and technological innovation service platform,actively exploring effective ways of transforming scientific and technological achievements,attaching great importance to the cultivation,introduction and incentive of talents,and a series of specific initiatives.
