Analysis and Countermeasures on the Growth Status of Manufacturing Enterprises in Northeast Old Industrial Base
Based on the analysis of the growth status of manufacturing enterprises in the old industrial base in Northeast China,this article finds that insufficient technological innovation capability,talent loss and shortage,unreasonable industrial structure,funding shortage and financing difficulties,and low operational efficiency are important factors limiting the growth of manufacturing enterprises in the old industrial base in Northeast China.This article attempts to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from both the perspectives of enterprises and the government,in order to help manufacturing enterprises in the old industrial base of Northeast China achieve healthy growth and assist in the economic revitalization of the Northeast region.
