Research on the Impact Effect of Digital Economy on Carbon Emissions
In this paper,the relationship between the level of digital economy development and carbon dioxide emissions is studied using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2011 to 2019,using the spatial Durbin model and the mediation effect model.The study found that:China's carbon emissions have the characteristics of"high in the east and low in the west",and there is a spatial agglomeration of characteristics,especially obvious in the North China Plain and Central China;the development of the digital economy can significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions,industrial structure upgrading and green technological innovation is the main path to promote carbon emission reduction;the carbon emission reduction effect of the digital economy The carbon emission reduction effect of digital economy has spatial spillover effect.
