Research on Digital Transformation Path of Manufacturing Enterprises Driven by Science and Technology Innovation
At present,some of China's manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation in the direction of deviation,transformation effect is poor,this paper suggests that manufacturing enterprises to science and technology innovation as the drive to carry out digital transformation reform,analyzed the logic of the transformation of ideas driven by science and technology innovation,pointed out that the manufacturing enterprises should be around the cost control,improve production efficiency,create premium space and other objectives to use the new digital technology,so as to formulate a more clearly defined strategic planning,transformation and application of results,reform of supporting systems,accumulation of information resources and other work tasks to achieve high-quality digital transformation and upgrading.
