依据产业数字化理论与实践以及项目规模小、复杂度高、相似度低、周期长的特点,结合其主要挑战,给出技术、经济和管理相结合的分层通用方法.该方法以数字化产业生态为支撑、数字化技术体系为基础、业务体系为核心,产业生态既有数字产业化的规模化和标准化又有行业企业的定制化更有企业自身专有知识发掘和保护,数字技术体系包括技术模型和连接模型,连接在于价值传递以及梅特卡夫网络效应发挥,业务体系全要素全流程贯通,学习模型体现了迭代进化.通过不同实例论证了该通用方法.
Discussion on the General Method of Industrial Digitization and Its Application
Based on the theory and practice of industrial digitization,as well as the characteristics of small scale,high complexity,low similarity,and long development cycle of project units,and combined with the main challenges of industrial digitization,a general method of hierarchical and iterative evolution combining technology,economy,and management is proposed.This method is supported by the digital industrial ecosystem,based on the digital technology system,and centered on the business system.The industrial ecosystem includes both the scale and standardization of digital industrialization,the customization of industrial enterprises,and the exploration and protection of proprietary knowledge of enterprises themselves.The digital technology system includes technology models and connection models that integrate data and reality,which are connected by value transmission and the Metcalfe network effect.The business system is fully integrated with all elements and processes,and the learning model system is iterative learning for the entire industry.The applicability of this general method was demonstrated through different examples.
