Integration and Transformation of Industrialisation and Informatisation in Home Appliances Manufacturing Enterprises—Taking Haier Zhijia as an Example
Industrialisation is the foundation of national economic development,which promotes the rapid development of manufacturing industry by improving production efficiency and reducing costs.However,with the advent of the information age,the traditional industrialisation model cannot meet the needs of modern economy.In order to adapt to the information age,many home appliance manufacturing enterprises hope to achieve the integration of industrialisation and informationisation.Haier Zhijia started the transformation of industrialisation and informationisation integration as early as 2012,becoming a typical case of transformation into an intelligent manufacturing enterprise in the home appliance industry.Combined with the successful experience of Haier Zhijia,the integration and transformation path of home appliance manufacturing enterprises is proposed to promote the transformation of informationisation in the home appliance industry and achieve high-quality development.
