重型卡车变速器控制系统的设计及实验分析

为进一步减少重型卡车司机在驾驶过程中的工作量,降低重型卡车汽车的油耗,提出了采用传递效率更高、寿命更长以及结构更简单的电控系统替换传统的机械式变速器,在对重型卡车变速器简单概述的基础上,完成了变速器电控系统的硬件和换挡流程的设计;最后,通过构建实验平台对重型卡车变速器电控系统的换挡性能进行验证,得到了理想的控制效果.
Design and Experimental Analysis of Transmission Control System for Heavy Trucks
In order to further reduce the workload of heavy truck drivers in the process of driving,and to reduce the fuel consumption of heavy trucks,it is proposed to replace the traditional mechanical transmission with an electronic control system that has a higher transmission efficiency,a longer life and a simpler structure,and on the basis of a simple overview of the heavy truck transmission,the design of the hardware and shifting process of the electronic control system of the transmission is accomplished;finally,the shifting performance of the electronic control system of the transmission is verified and the ideal control effect is obtained by constructing an experimental platform for the transmission.Finally,by building an experimental platform to verify the shifting performance of the heavy truck transmission electronic control system,the ideal control effect is obtained.
