Under the national"dual-carbon"strategy,how to ensure that the country's rapid development while realizing the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of the economy has become an important issue.Based on the reality of green finance in Shandong Province to empower the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province,we explore the current problems of the traditional manufacturing industry in Shandong Province,and analyze them from the perspectives of finance,policy and talents,in order to provide directions and suggestions for Shandong Province to realize the green transformation and the goal of"dual-carbon".
