Analysis of ESG Practice Path and Effect of Changjiang Power
Taking the world's largest listed hydropower company,China Yangtze Power Company Limited(CKP),as a case study,we analyze the ESG practice path of CKP:the company has taken specific measures in green energy supply,climate change response,ecological environment protection,community support,employee rights and interests protection,supply chain management and governance structure,etc.The above measures reflect the company's commitment to environmental protection and social responsibility,and demonstrate the optimization of its governance structure.Through the case study of Yangtze River Power,it summarizes the importance that enterprises should strengthen information disclosure,and that the state should establish a sound ESG management system and accelerate the construction of an ESG rating system,which provides experience and inspiration for the development of other enterprises,in order to promote the sustainable development of the economy and achieve high-quality development.
