数字经济背景下河源制造业数字化转型的水平测度与路径研究

基于制造业数字化转型的内涵构建了评价指标体系,采用熵权和障碍度模型法测评河源制造业数字化转型水平及其障碍因素,结果表明:河源制造业数字化转型水平和数字经济发展水平均处于上升增长态势,但河源制造业数字化转型滞后于河源数字经济发展;数字经济发展与制造业数字化转型的耦合协调度不断提升,目前处于良好协调阶段;R&D投入、数字化设备投入、数字化人才是制约河源制造业数字化转型的主要障碍因子,因此未来应从培育制造业创新平台、构建数字产业集群、加快数字化人才培养等方面来促进制造业数字化转型.
Research on the Level Measurement and Path of Digital Transformation of Heyuan Manufacturing Industry in the Context of Digital Economy
Based on the connotation of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,an evaluation index system was constructed,and entropy weight and obstacle degree model method were used to measure the level of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry in Heyuan and its obstacle factors,and the results show that:the level of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and the level of digital economic development are both in the upward trend of growth,but the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is lagging behind the development of the digital economy in Heyuan;the coupling and coordination between the development of digital economy and the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is increasing.The coupling coordination of digital economy development and digital transformation of manufacturing industry has been improving,and is currently in a good coordination stage;R&D investment,digital equipment investment,digital talents are the main obstacle factors restricting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry in Heyuan,so in the future,we should cultivate manufacturing innovation platforms,build digital industry clusters,and accelerate the cultivation of digital talents to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.
