Optimization of Rear Axle Assembly Line Production Sequence Based on Simulation and Hybrid Genetic Algorithm
The multi-variety,small-batch mixed-flow production mode can enable enterprises to adapt to personalized and customized needs and meet the personalized needs of consumers.Reasonable production sequence can improve the utilization rate of human and machine,and thus improve the production efficiency of enterprises.In this paper,taking the rear axle assembly line of a company as an example,the minimum cycle shortest model is established,and the optimal production sequence is solved by hybrid genetic algorithm.On this basis,with the help of Flexsim simulation software,a mixed-flow assembly model of the rear axle assembly was established to simulate the process of the rear axle assembly.The simulation results show that reasonable production sequence can reduce the idle rate of workstations and increase the output of production lines,thus improving the production efficiency of enterprises.
