The 20 th National Congress of the CPC clearly puts forward that"new industrialization will be basically realized by 2035".New industrialization is the necessary way to build a modern industrial system.As an excellent representative of small and medium-sized enterprises,"Specialized,Specialized and New"enterprises are an important measure to accelerate the construction of modernized industrial system.At present,"specialized,special and new"enterprises to achieve high-quality development is faced with the overall development environment needs to be optimized,the precision of support policies needs to be improved,the degree of digitization and transformation capacity needs to be strengthened,financing channels need to be broadened,the talent base needs to be consolidated and other constraints.Adhering to the problem-oriented approach and based on the difficulties faced by"specialized,special and new"enterprises on the road to high-quality development,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to support the high-quality development of"specialized,special and new"enterprises from five aspects,including sharing mechanism,policy formulation,digital platform,financial services and talent cultivation.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to support the high-quality development of"specialized,special and new"enterprises.
