基于2012-2021年中部六省面板数据,构建工业绿色发展效率投入产出指标体系,利用super-SBM模型测度中部六省工业绿色发展效率,并运用GML指数探究演变规律.研究结果表明:中部六省工业绿色发展效率变化趋势较为平稳,存在较大发展空间;中部六省工业绿色发展效率存在显著省际差异,经济发展较好的省份工业绿色发展效率更高;中部六省的工业生态效率总体发展趋势良好,生产科技、科技效益、规模效益与纯科技效益均起到正向效应;全局技术进步指数是提升全要素生产率的主要驱动力,技术创新是地区工业绿色发展的重要推手.
Measurement of Industrial Green Development Efficiency in Six Central Provinces
Based on the panel data of the six central provinces from 2012 to 2021,the input-output index system of industrial green development efficiency is constructed,the super-SBM model is used to measure the industrial green development efficiency of the six central provinces,and the GML index is used to explore the evolution law.The results show that:The change trend of industrial green development efficiency in the six central provinces is relatively stable,and there is a large space for development.There are significant inter-provincial differences in the efficiency of industrial green development in the six central provinces,and the provinces with better economic development have higher industrial green development efficiency.The overall development trend of industrial eco-efficiency in the six central provinces is well,and the production technology,scientific and technological benefits,scale benefits and pure scientific and technological benefits all play a positive effect.The global technological progress index is the main driving force for improving total factor productivity,and technological innovation is an important driving force for the green development of regional industry.
