智能制造融合信息化推动现代工业经济的转型研究

环境成本限制以及制造技术创新能力缺乏问题已极大程度限制了现代工业经济的转型发展,且传统制造企业所面临的成本增加难题也阻碍了其自动化进程的推进.基于此,研究将智能技术与信息化手段相结合,提出机器人群控智能系统,并从结构设计、信息管理以及数控加工方面进行分析.结果表明,该智能技术在经济转型的生态效益和动力转换效果上的优势明显,有效推动了传统制造业的转型升级进程.
Intelligent Manufacturing Integration of Informatisation to Promote the Transformation of Modern Industrial Economy
Environmental cost constraints and the lack of manufacturing technology innovation have greatly limited the transformation and development of the modern industrial economy,and the increasing costs faced by traditional manufacturing enterprises have also hindered the promotion of their automation process.Based on this,the study combines intelligent technology with information technology to propose a crowd control intelligent system for machines,and analyses it in terms of structural design,information management and CNC machining.The results show that this intelligent technology has obvious advantages in the ecological benefit and power conversion effect of economic transformation,and effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading process of traditional manufacturing industry.
