制造企业数字化能力内涵模型与提升策略

新质生产力的发展对制造企业提出新要求,制造企业数字化转型是产业换新形成新质生产力的重要举措,而数字化能力的培育是企业实现数字化转型的重中之重.为充分提升制造企业数字化能力,促进新质生产力的发展,以动态能力理论和资源基础观为基础,采用内容分析法系统地从数字化基础能力、数字化应用能力、数字化发展能力三个维度提出制造企业数字化能力内涵模型.基于此,从基础、应用和发展三个方面为制造企业培育数字化能力提出了具体可行的措施.
Connotation Model and Enhancement Strategy of Digitalization Capability in Manufacturing Enterprises
The development of new quality productivity puts forward new requirements for manufacturing enterprises,and the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an important measure for the formation of new quality productivity by industrial renewal,while the cultivation of digital capability is the most important task for enterprises to realize digital transformation.In order to fully enhance the digital capacity of manufacturing enterprises and promote the development of new quality productivity,based on the dynamic capacity theory and resource-based view,the content analysis method is used to systematically propose the connotation model of digital capacity of manufacturing enterprises from the three dimensions of digital basic capacity,digital application capacity and digital development capacity.Based on this,specific and feasible measures are proposed for manufacturing enterprises to cultivate digital capability from the three dimensions of foundation,application and development.
