低碳经济下工业化与信息化的有效融合机制研究

提出了一种结合了工业物联网以及多接入边缘计算架构的框架,采用模型仿真的方式,对所提出的工业信息化框架进行验证.测试结果表明:研究所提出的工业信息化框架时延表现出色,平均任务时延为84.2~90.3 s.其长期任务时延最低达到197 s,相较于云服务器工业调度模式及滚动优化调度模式至少缩短了 34.7%,最高可达48.2%.研究所提出的工业信息化框架,为工业化与信息化的深度融合提出了一条行之有效的技术路径,能够有效推动低碳背景下的工业改革.
Research on Effective Integration Mechanism of Industrialization and Informatization under Low Carbon Economy
A framework combining industrial internet of things and multi-access edge computing architecture is proposed,and the proposed industrial informatization framework is validated by model simulation.The test results show that the proposed industrial information technology framework has excellent latency performance,with an average task latency of 84.2-90.3 s.Its long-term task latency reaches as low as 197 s,which is at least 34.7%shorter and up to 48.2%shorter than that of the industrial scheduling model of cloud servers and the rolling-optimized scheduling model.The industrial informatization framework proposed by the study suggests a proven technical path for the deep integration of industrialization and informatization,which can effectively promote the industrial reform in the context of low carbon.
