Optimization of SCR Denitrification and Ammonia Injection Control for 660MW Coal-Fired Power Generation Unit
The SCR denitrification system of a 660MW coal-fired power generation unit has problems such as ash accumulation, severe wear, increased ammonia injection rate, increased ammonia escape, and increased differential pressure in the air preheater. To address the above issues, optimization and transformation of ammonia injection control have been carried out.Through uniform adjustment of ammonia injection and optimization of control algorithms, the performance of the SCR system has been significantly improved. After the renovation, the maximum difference in NOx at the outlet was reduced from the original 159 mg/m3 to 23 mg/m3,the ammonia consumption was reduced from 368 kg/h to 283 kg/h,the outlet ammonia concentration was reduced from 9.7 μL/L to 2.1 μL/L,and the pressure loss of the air preheater was reduced from 810 Pa to 530 Pa;At the same time, the existing problems of dust accumulation and wear in the system have also been limited alleviated.
