Design Study of Combined Industrial Circulating Water Cooling System
Along with the continuous progress of industrial production,the heat energy in the production process is also accumulating gradually.In order to better manage the temperature of the production process and improve production efficiency and product quality,various industries have begun to adopt industrial circulating water cooling system on a large scale.An in-depth discussion on the design of combined industrial circulating water cooling system is expected to provide a reference for project design in related fields.After a comprehensive evaluation of cooling volume,flow rate and water quality,we constructed an integrated industrial circulating water cooling system with a cooling tower as the core cooling source and a composite cooling source equipped with a chiller,a water tank and a plate heat exchanger.This integrated system is superior to conventional circulating water cooling systems in terms of energy savings and stability,and therefore has great potential for use and popularity in real projects.
