This article combines the actual situation on site to design a universal network monitoring system for use in permanent magnet electric drive systems,asynchronous electric drive systems,and DC electric drive systems.It is installed on the tram driver's control console,and the monitoring system is connected to the tram electric drive system through a network interface.The data information collected by the electric drive system and the analyzed fault information are transmitted to the monitoring system for display and storage through the network,and are remotely transmitted to the ground service center in real-time.The monitoring system is the human-machine interaction interface between the driver,on-site debugging personnel,and the electric drive system,which facilitates the viewing of data information;It is also a data source for ground service centers,used for data accumulation and analysis.The network monitoring system designed in this article ensures its safe and reliable operation,meeting user requirements.
