基于MR的数控机床装配训练系统开发研究

针对常规的装配训练系统存在的控制精度和场景拟合度低的问题,开发设计了基于混合现实(Mixed Reality,MR)技术的数控机床装配训练系统.在系统硬件方面,选择苹果Vision Pro作为MR头显装置,并配套设计体感识别追踪装置及动作跟踪装置;在系统软件方面,利用3D-max软件对数控机床进行三维建模,并将三维数控机床与真实环境相融合,将Unity 3D作为开发平台控制装配场景位移,实现装配训练过程.测试结果表明:此系统的基础功能与性能均优于当前系统.
Research and Development of Assembly Training System for CNC Machine Tools Based on MR
In view of the low control accuracy and scene fit of conventional assembly training system,this study developed and designed a CNC machine tool assembly training system based on Mixed Reality(MR)technology.In terms of system hardware,Apple Vision Pro is selected as the MR Headset device,and the motion recognition tracking device and motion tracking device are designed.In terms of system software,the 3D max software is used to conduct 3D modeling of CNC machine tools,and the 3D CNC machine tools are integrated with the real environment.Unity 3D is used as a development platform to control the assembly scene displacement and realize the assembly training process.The test results show that the basic function and performance of this system are better than the current system.
