Accompanied by the rapid progress of renewable energy technologies,wind and solar projects have become the core driving force of the global energy landscape.When the life cycle of these equipment reaches its predetermined standard,how to deal with the decommissioning problem becomes urgent.After studying the relevant policies,technological innovations and market operation methods,a strategy to encourage the recycling and reuse of decommissioned equipment is proposed,whose main purpose is to support the direction of green and low-carbon development.
