Research on the Impact of Lean Production on the Operational Performance of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises
When facing complex environments,utilizing advanced management concepts to enhance core competitiveness is crucial for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Lean production is an effective way to improve the operational performance of enterprises by eliminating waste and optimizing processes.This article uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the positive impact of lean production on the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry.Research shows that the four dimensions of lean production,including process management,control and human resource management,and supplier relationships,have a positive impact on the operational performance of manufacturing and small and medium-sized enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises need to flexibly implement lean production according to specific situations to improve operational efficiency.
