Digital Inclusive Finance Enabling the Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Henan Province
The"14 th Five-Year Plan"and the 2035 Vision Development Goal Program clearly propose to focus on the adjustment of China's industrial structure and promote the strategic emerging industries and the transfer of national scientific and technological power from the eastern coast to the central and western regions,such as Henan and Sichuan,which creates a favorable condition for the layout of the industrial chain and the upgrading of the industrial structure in Henan Province.Digital inclusive finance,as a tool to serve science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),has become the biggest increment in the transformation and upgrading of Henan Province's industrial structure.By analyzing the current situation of digital inclusive finance and industrial structure in Henan Province,it is found that digital inclusive finance faces the dilemmas of rule of law regulatory constraints and high proportion of heavy industry in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Henan Province's industrial structure,and the path is proposed to support this.
