Evaluation of Financial Quality of Iron and Steel Enterprises Based on Strategic Perspective——A Case Study of Valin Steel
At present,the international situation is complicated and changeable,and the severity and uncertainty of the external environment are rising.The challenges faced by enterprises in China's steel industry in their operations have increased.Therefore,it is important to analyze the financial quality of iron and steel enterprises for their sustainable development.This paper selects Valin Steel as a case study object,and analyzes the five aspects of corporate strategy,asset quality and competitiveness,equity and risk,profitability and strategy implementation effect,cash flow and strategy support.The results found that Valin Steel is dominated by operating assets,which have good value retention and profitability.The enterprise's business activities mainly rely on operating debt capital,followed by shareholders'capital and retained earnings capital,after improving its capital structure,the enterprise's financial risk is reduced and its expansion ability is enhanced.At the same time,the enterprise has stable profits and cash flow,and shows good strategy implementation effect and support.However,there are still deficiencies in its operation process.Therefore,this paper suggests that Valin Steel should improve its product competitiveness and market position by controlling material costs,optimizing process technology and adjusting investment portfolios in its future development.
