Analysis of the Impact of Energy Policy Adjustment on Shenyang's Economy and Power Grid Development Based on System Dynamics
The latest policy of dual-control of energy consumption intensity and total energy consumption proposes that"new renewable energy and feedstock energy are not included in the control of total energy consumption",which will accelerate the development of renewable energy and feedstock energy industries and have a far-reaching impact on the industrial and economic structure. To this end,a system dynamics model based on new renewable energy, new thermal power, raw material energy and energy economic indicators is constructed with renewable energy and raw material energy as the research object to analyze the impacts of different policy scenarios on Shenyang's economic development. The results show that the policy adjustment needs to consider increasing the growth rate of renewable energy while controlling the construction of thermal power.According to Scenario 3,when the growth rates of hydropower, wind power, photovoltaic, and thermal power are 30%,20%,19%,and 0.5%,respectively,the investment in renewable power and raw material capacity will reach 52.940 billion yuan in 2025,which will guarantee the supply of chemical raw materials while increasing regional output and employment.
