以改进指标权重模型为基础的电网改造项目后评价研究,重点采用熵权法和TOPSIS法,在了解并掌握两种方法的基础上,采用案例分析的方式,通过选取某供电企业的4个电网改造项目作为分析目标,将熵权法和TOPSIS法融入其中,从而得到对应的评价结果,印证所提方法的应用价值,致使本次研究从理论和实践上,均存在一定研究价值和意义,进一步丰富电网改造项目的评价方式,推动电网改造项目的发展与建设.
Post-Evaluation Study of Power Grid Reconstruction Project Based on Improved Indicator Weighting Model
The study of post-evaluation of grid renovation projects based on the improved index weighting model focuses on the entropy weighting method and TOPSIS method.On the basis of understanding and mastering the two methods,the study adopts the case study method,selects four grid renovation projects of a power supply enterprise as the analysis target,and integrates the entropy weighting method and the TOPSIS method into them to obtain the corresponding evaluation results,which confirms the application value of the proposed method.The application value of the proposed method confirms the value of the proposed method,which makes this study have certain research value and significance in theory and practice,further enriches the evaluation method of power grid renovation projects,and promotes the development and construction of power grid renovation projects.
