A Preliminary Study on the Index System of Breakthrough Technology Innovation Capability Construction from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity Forces
With the introduction and development of the concept of new quality productivity forces,"accelerating the formation of new quality productivity forces"has become an important mission of Chinese modernization and high-quality economic development.The source of new quality productivity is scientific and technological innovation,and new quality productivity is the productivity dominated by scientific and technological innovation.The development of science and technology represents the innovative development of productivity and the future direction of development,and breakthrough technological innovation promotes industrial innovation and provides a strong impetus for development.This paper analyzes the demand of key breakthrough technology innovation capability construction under the concept of new quality productivity forces,and establishes the evaluation index system of breakthrough technology capability construction on this basis.
