Industrial Structure Transformation of Resource-Based Cities in Northeast China:Dilemmas and Breakthroughs
As an important pillar of China's traditional industry,Northeast China has made remarkable achievements in economic development and urban construction based on rich natural resources.However,with the depletion of resources,the Northeast region is facing the urgent challenge of industrial structure transformation and restructuring.In order to ensure the continued prosperity of the regional economy and the sustainable development of the cities,the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of resource cities in Northeast China has become an important issue nowadays.The article firstly reviews the valuable experience accumulated by resource cities at home and abroad in the successful transformation and sustainable development of industrial structure,and then compiles the dilemmas faced by resource cities in Northeast China in the process of transformation of industrial structure and proposes the development path of transformation,aiming at providing valuable references for them to break through the bottlenecks of the current development and make strategic choices.
