催化裂化反再改造引起油浆结焦问题分析

80万t/a重油催化裂化装置(以下简称二催化装置)2017年反再系统改造,拆除反应器原预提升段,设置新型预提升器,对提升管进行改造,原料油喷嘴上移,反应时间由原来的4.3s缩短至3.1 s.反应部分采用大剂油比、短停留时间的设计思路.在开工10个月后油浆系统开始出现结焦,主要原因为反应深度不够、油浆循环量不足等,经过改变操作条件及对油浆系统进行技改措施后油浆系统结焦问题得到解决.
Analysis of Slurry Coking Problem Caused by FCC Reverse Reforming
800,000t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit(hereinafter referred to as dicat)was modified in 2017,the original pre-lift section of the reactor was dismantled,a new type of pre-lift was set up,the lifting pipe was modified,the feed oil nozzle was moved upward,and the reaction time was shortened from the original 4.3 s to about 3.1 s.The reaction section adopts the design idea of large agent-oil ratio and short residence time.After 10 months of operation,the slurry system started to coking,mainly due to insufficient reaction depth and insufficient slurry circulation,etc.The problem of slurry system coking was solved after changing the operating conditions and carrying out technical reform measures for the slurry system.
