安徽省规模以上工业企业绿色全要素生产率评价研究

提升绿色全要素生产率(Green Total Factor Productivity,GTFP)是实现工业企业高质量发展的关键途径.基于安徽省2013-2022年的面板数据,从投入产出视角构建超效率松弛测度(Super Slacks Based Measure,Super-SBM)模型和Malmquist指数模型,旨在评价安徽省16个地级市规模以上工业企业的GTFP.研究发现:从静态的视角分析,目前的GTFP水平未能达到理想状态,有显著的改进空间,且城市间表现出显著的区域性差异;动态分析显示,相较于10 a前,安徽省的工业企业GTFP呈现负增长趋势,主要受到技术进步指数制约.研究最终提出了具有针对性的策略性建议,这些建议对于促进安徽省工业企业绿色发展和全要素生产率提升具有实践意义.
Research on Evaluation of Green Total Factor Productivity of Industrial Enterprises above Scale in Anhui Province
Enhancing green total factor productivity(GTFP)is a key way to realize high-quality development of industrial enterprises.Based on the panel data of Anhui Province from 2013 to 2022,the Super slacks based measure(Super-SBM)model and Malmquist index model are constructed from the input-output perspective,aiming at evaluating the GTFP of industrial enterprises above the scale in 16 prefectural-level cities in Anhui Province.The study finds that:analyzed from the static perspective,the The current level of GTFP fails to reach the ideal state,there is significant room for improvement,and the cities show significant regional differences.Dynamic analysis shows that compared with ten years ago,the GTFP of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province has shown a negative growth trend,which is mainly constrained by the technological progress index.The study finally puts forward targeted strategic recommendations,which are of practical significance for promoting the green development and total factor productivity enhancement of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province.
