复杂电磁环境下的高频电流传感器设计

分析了罗氏线圈在复杂电磁环境下的干扰机理,设计了一种强抗干扰的高频电流传感器,通过罗氏线圈骨架结构的优化设计,改变传感器线圈线杂的走线方向,从而改变线圈外侧绕线均匀度和回线的走线结构,使得去线和回线所围等效大线匝面积几乎一致,达到消除外磁干扰的目的.通过实验测得传感器在不同条件下的输出线性度和抗扰度均表现良好,且具有较高测量精度,保证了集电线路上故障/隐患高频电流的监测可靠性,对风力发电的高效运维管理具有积极促进作用.
Design of High Frequency Current Sensors in Complex Electromagnetic Environments
This paper analyzes the Roche coil in the complex electromagnetic environment of the interference mechanism,research and design of a strong anti-interference high-frequency current sensor,through the optimization of the design of the skeleton structure of the Roche coil,change the direction of the sensor coil wire miscellaneous wire,thus changing the coil winding uniformity and the return line of the alignment of the structure,so that the go line and back to the line surrounded by the equivalent area of large turns is almost the same,so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the external magnetic interference.Purpose.Through the experiment,the output linearity and immunity of the sensor under different conditions are good,and it has high measurement accuracy,which ensures the reliability of the monitoring of high-frequency currents of faults/hidden dangers on the collector line,and it has a positive effect on the efficient operation and maintenance management of wind power generation.
