Digital Twin Based Automatic Docking Tolerance Allocation Method for Aircraft Segments
In order to ensure the smooth and automatic docking of aircraft segments and minimize the docking deviation,digital twin technology is introduced to carry out the research on the design of automatic docking tolerance allocation method for aircraft segments.A docking tolerance allocation model is constructed using digital twin technology.Plan docking paths for irregularly shaped aircraft segments.Calculate the automated docking tolerance of the segment,and realize the high precision allocation.Comparative experiments show that the new method can improve the docking accuracy of aircraft segments,which can effectively improve the safety of aircraft operation.
