Research on the Cultivation and Integration Risk of Innovative Talents in High-End Equipment Enterprises in New Era
In the context of the new era,some key core technologies of high-end equipment enterprises are still controlled by others,and the talent support mechanism to stimulate scientific and technological creation and innovation is not perfect.This paper briefly reviews the literature on high-end equipment enterprises,innovative talents,cultivation and integration,and risk control,further analyzes the impact of the deep risk inducements of innovative talent training on enterprises,discusses the necessity of research on the risk of cultivation and integration of innovative talents in high-end equipment enterprises under the background of the new era,puts forward the research focus of the risk of cultivating and integrating innovative talents in high-end equipment enterprises,and finally conceives the research ideas and research prospects of the risk of cultivating and integrating innovative talents in high-end equipment enterprises based on the background of the new era.The results show that:First,talent risks are prone to occur in the cultivation and integration of innovative talents in high-end equipment enterprises,including the risk of imbalance in talent structure and the risk of disorderly talent flow.Second,high-end equipment enterprises should choose"pertinent and timely"for the prevention of lagging talent risk control strategies and give full play to effective talent management and control functions.
