于漪教育思想的区域实践转化机制研究——基于杨浦区8所试点学校的案例分析

摘要
通过梳理于漪教育思想体系,明确知识转化的运作机理,文章构建了以三路径、四阶段为主体的"于漪教育思想实践转化分析框架".基于该框架,深度分析了杨浦区 8 所试点学校的典型案例,并凝练出以 12 种结合方式为核心的于漪教育思想区域实践转化机制,以期为学界教育家思想实践转化的未来研究提供普遍策略.
Abstract
By sorting out the ideological system of Yu Yi's education thought,and clarifying the operational mechanism of knowledge transformation,this paper has constructed"a framework for the analysis and transformation of the practice of Yu Yi's education thought"with three paths and four stages as the main part.Based on this framework,an in-depth analysis was conduct-ed on the typical cases in 8 experimental schools in Yangpu District,and a regional practice transformation mechanism of Yu Yi's education thought was concisely summarized with 12 combination methods as the core,in order to provide general strategies for fu-ture research on the practice transformation of educational thoughts in academia.
