Exploration of Integrated Teaching for Global Competence Cultivation:Design,Implementation,and Reflection
Shanghai No.1 High School has innovatively started the practical exploration of integrated teaching to cultivate the talents with global competence.This practice has formed the characteristics of the principle of upbringing with healthy body and mind as its basis,the sentiment for education with national culture as its foundation,the pedagogical practice with disciplinary curricula as its cornerstone,the pathway of teaching and research with digital technology as its carrier,and the pursuit of education with action experience as its direction.Based on the reflection and outlook of the school-based practice of integrated teaching,this study has proposed that more focus should be put on the expansion and improvement of the modules like solid system build-ing,diversified integration,teacher training,evaluation and feedback,to promote global competence education in an orderly man-ner,and to offer teachers and students guidance for the development of a beautiful personality with more honesty and kindness.
