摘要

教育强国背景下,校长要具有引领学校组织和师生从困境中迅速恢复并实现成长的韧性领导力.校长韧性领导力与校长个人的战略思维、情绪管理、适应、创新能力等领导特质有密切关系.教育强国背景下校长韧性领导力的实施,可以从加强自我韧性、提升组织韧性、教师韧性和学生韧性等方面着手.此外,校长韧性领导力的发挥要注重学校发展优先、核心团队建设、师生情绪管理、外部资源挖掘.

Abstract

Under the background of the power of education,principals should have the resilient leadership to lead their schools as well as teachers and students to recover quickly and develop from difficulties.Principals'resilient leadership is closely related to their personal leadership traits such as strategic thinking,emotional management,adaptability,and innovation ability.Under the background of the power of education,principals can practice their resilient leadership by strengthening their own resil-ience and enhancing organizational resilience,teacher resilience,and student resilience.Moreover,when they practice their resil-ient leadership,they should focus on prioritizing school development,building core teams,managing emotions of teachers and stu-dents,and exploring external resources.
