摘要

小学生社会责任感培养是个体社会化的重要内容,而个体社会化是学生"有担当"的重要教育目标.上海交通大学附属小学秉承"培养第一等人才、砥砺第一等品行"的理念,基于对小学生社会责任感的现存问题与原因的深入分析,凝练了小学生社会责任感培养的家校社合作理念,构建学校、家庭、社会三位一体的社会责任感教育网络,通过各种社会实践项目,实现学校、家庭与社会教学资源共享,共同促进小学生社会责任感及综合素养的提升.

Abstract

The cultivation of primary school students'sense of social responsibility is an important part of individual social-ization,which itself is an important educational goal for students to"be responsible".The Primary School Affiliated to Shanghai Ji-ao Tong University adheres to the idea of"training top talents and firmly cultivating best personal qualities",making an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and causes of primary school students'sense of social responsibility,and has concisely summa-rized the concept of family-school-society partnerships in cultivating primary school students'sense of social responsibility.It has also constructed a trinity of social responsibility education network among school,family and society.Through various social practice programs,teaching resources has been shared among school,family and society,and they jointly promote the improvement of students'sense of social responsibility and comprehensive quality.
