The Construction of a Cross-disciplinary School-based Training Mechanism for"Co-learning and Co-research"among Primary and Secondary School Teachers
Cross-disciplinary thematic learning is a new challenge in implementing the cultivation of students'comprehen-sive literacy,as well as a new topic in building the teams of teachers in the new era.Under the background of"Double Innovation"Policy and considering the urgency,necessity,and feasibility of implementing cross-disciplinary thematic learning,this study has combined both the theory of learning organization construction and adult learning theory,set society-oriented and person-oriented goals for teacher professional development,and constructed a cross-disciplinary school-based training mechanism for"co-learn-ing and co-research".In order to guarantee the quality of cross-disciplinary teacher training,this study has suggested the follow-ing four aspects:meeting the needs of professional development from a teacher-centered perspective in multiple aspects,stimulat-ing internal and external motivation through multiple channels which is driven by various methods,shaping the environment and developing culture in multiple dimensions,and monitoring teacher professional development and collecting the data for growth at multiple phases.
