A Study on the Components and Development of New Teachers'Professional Core Literacy
The phase of being a new teacher is the critical period for teacher professional development,which is directly relat-ed to not only the achievements of teachers'future development and but also the level of their career happiness.Corresponding to the three-dimensional internal structure of new teachers'professional literacy,there exist three practical confusions:the confu-sion due to the lack of cognition of professional intrinsic value,the confusion due to the lack of ability and experience to solve the problems in teaching practice,and the confusion due to the lack of autonomous motivation.In order to overcome the above difficul-ties,new teachers should consciously take"four standards"for good teachers and"four guides"as the value guidance and culti-vate professional value identification;they should cultivate four excellent"basic qualities"in the teaching practice,and improve their teaching ability;they should also have the inner spiritual pursuit to be educators,strengthen their inner drive to achieve pro-fessional development,and further promote the overall high-quality development of all teachers in the new era.
