The Internal Demand and Path Choice of Regional Promotion of Compre-hensive Quality Evaluation—A Practical Analysis Based on Three Typical Cases
The regional promotion of comprehensive quality evaluation is an important lever for leveraging educational evalu-ation reform,and has become the key to promoting basic education reform in the new era.Through the analysis of typical cases of regional promotion of comprehensive quality evaluation,this study aims to clarify its inherent demands from four aspects of evalua-tion philosophy,evaluation objectives,evaluation methods,and evaluation culture,and to fully leverage the advantages of regional promotion when comprehensive quality evaluation is practiced.Specifically,efforts should be made from the following aspects:firstly,moral education should be treated as the fundamental requirement of institutional design;secondly,the responsibilities should be clarified in different educational stages within the region and reasonable division of work should be arranged;thirdly,the evaluation methods should highlight the educational goals of different educational stages;fourthly the new evaluation culture should be promoted and a good evaluation ecosystem should be created,which can help encourage the effective implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation in the region.
