摘要

初中以劳育德应根据学生的身心特点进行设计.通过对相关文献的综述和实地调查,发现当前初中阶段劳动教育虽然取得一定成绩,但也存在劳动教育理解片面化、劳动形式知识单一、劳动"窄化"为体力劳动等问题.针对这些问题,该研究提出了一系列有效的改进路径,包括完善课程设置、丰富教学资源、多元化教学方法、建立科学的评价机制等.以上路径可以有效地提高以劳育德的教育质量,培养学生的劳动习惯和劳动品质,促进学生全面发展.

Abstract

Moral education through labor in middle school should be designed according to the physical and mental character-istics of students.Through a review of relevant literature and field investigations,it was found that while certain achievements have been made in the construction of moral education through labor at the middle school level,there are also issues such as schools having an overly simplistic understanding of labor education,single knowledge of labor forms,and narrowing labor down to just physical labor.To address these issues,the study proposes a series of improvement measures,including optimizing the la-bor education curriculum,expanding educational resources,utilizing diverse methods of education and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism.By implementing these improvement measures,the quality of moral education through labor can be effec-tively enhanced.Labor education can cultivate students'labor habits and values,promote moral education through labor,and facil-itate the development of students in an all-round way.
