Design of Fundamental Questions in Middle School Mathematics Teaching
Fundamental questions are those that highlight the essence of the subject and focus on cognitive laws at the con-nection point between students'cognitive foundation and subject concepts, featuring inspiration, primacy, and leadership.Mathe-matics teaching in junior middle schools should take review classes as a carrier and explore the design strategy of fundamental questions based on knowledge sorting, knowledge recombination, and knowledge application. It should construct a question-based learning classroom centering on"fundamental questions"to promote knowledge connection and transfer, offer a guide for deep learning and understanding, and develop students'higher-order thinking.
