学生创新素养的培育既是核心素养导向的人才培养的重要内容,也是高中课程改革关注的重要领域.课程是创新素养培育的基本支撑,上海市位育中学针对"创新素养高阶需求支持弱,专门的创新素养培育课程开发不足,基于课程的创新素养培育融合不力"等问题,以"芯片"特色课程建设为抓手,系统建构课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价,形成了课程化推进学生创新素养培育的课程体系.有效融合了学科教学和思政教育,促进了学生创新能力和综合素养的提升,提升了教师课程开发及跨学科教学能力,也有效扩大了学校的知名度和影响力.
Construction and Implementation of"Chip Technology Education"Curriculum Aimed at Students'Innovative Literacy
The cultivation of students'innovative literacy is both a crucial component of talent cultivation oriented towards core literacy and a key focus of high school curriculum reform.Curriculum supports the basic foundation for the cultivation of in-novation literacy.In response to such issues as"weak support for high-level needs of innovation literacy,insufficient develop-ment of specialized courses for innovative literacy cultivation,and weak integration of curriculum-based innovative literacy culti-vation",Shanghai WeiYu High School has developed a"chip"featured curriculum as the starting point,which systematically con-structs the curriculum objectives,content,implementation,and evaluation,forming a curriculum system that promotes the culti-vation of students'innovative literacy through curricular activities.Such integration has effectively combined subject teaching and ideological and political education,enhanced the students'innovative ability and comprehensive literacy,improved teachers'cur-riculum development and interdisciplinary teaching capabilities,and effectively increased the school's reputation and influence.
