Theoretical Construction and Practical Application of the School-based Training Paradigm
With the deepening of educational reforms,school-based training has become an essential path to enhance teach-ers'professional qualities and respond to the changing educational demands.This paper discusses the theoretical construction and practical application of the school-based training paradigm and emphasizes the transition from traditional teacher training models to teacher-centered learning.By analyzing the current status and challenges of school-based training,this paper propos-es an implementation path of"learning-research-evaluation-exhibition"with the goal of promoting teachers'professional devel-opment and improving teaching quality.Through case study analysis,it also demonstrates the effectiveness of school-based train-ing in promoting teachers'concept renewal,practical research,evaluative feedback,and outcome presentation.
