新时代师德评价指标体系的构建与测量

研究以"四有"好老师为师德准则和要求,撷取敬业合作、谦逊自律、德高身正、求真创新、爱护学生 5 个具体评价指标,构建了由目标层、准则层和指标层组成的新时代师德评价指标体系.同时,为了提高师德考评的效率、提升评价指标体系的实用性和可操作性,按照信效度要求,形成新时代师德评价表,并计算获得新时代师德评价标准.
Construction and Measurement of the Indicator System for the Evaluation of Professional Ethics of Teachers in the New Era
Following the"Four Haves"standard for good teachers,this study identifies five specific evaluation indicators:dedication and cooperation,humility and self-discipline,moral integrity,truth-seeking and innovation,and caring for students.It constructs a new-era teacher ethics evaluation indicator system consisting of a goal layer,a criterion layer,and an indicator layer.In order to improve the efficiency of teacher ethics evaluation and enhance the practicality and operability of the evaluation index system,a new-era teacher ethics evaluation form was developed according to the requirements of reliability and validity,and its evaluation standard was calculated.
