摘要

该研究构建了指向拔尖创新人才创新品质培养的框架模型.从知识结构与学科观念、思维能力与思维品质、人格特质与理想信念、探究能力与实践素养四个维度,进一步明确指向拔尖创新人才创新品质的四个培养要素:整合力、思辨力、内驱力、实践力.在拔尖创新人才创新品质培养框架模型的基础上,进一步构建相应的评价指标,给拔尖创新人才的贯通式培养提供目标指向和着力点,为后续项目式教学设计提供较为科学的行动指南.

Abstract

This study has constructed a framework model that focuses on the cultivation of creativity of top innovative talents.This research further clarifies the four elements of cultivation including integration ability,critical thinking,internal driving force and practical ability from the four dimensions of knowledge structure and discipline concepts,thinking ability and high-quality thinking,ideal and belief and personality traits,and inquiry ability and practical literacy.On the basis of this framework model of cultivating creativity of top innovative talents,this study has also constructed the corresponding evaluation indexes so as to pro-vide the goal orientation and focus point for the continual cultivation of top innovative talents,and provide a more scientific action guide for the follow-up project-based teaching design.
